Sr. Director of Product Management
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Senior Director of Product Management will lead our product management organization. This role will be responsible for driving our product and platform strategy, working cross functionally to execute on that strategy, and driving the business forward. Product responsibilities will span our consumer offerings including our hit mobile apps (Android, iOS), computer products (Mac, Windows), and our parent web offering. Platform responsibilities will span our content platform and ecosystem strategy and and execution plan.
Responsibilities
- Lead the product management team to drive the Zoodles product lines and business
- Develop thorough and compelling business case for major new strategic initiatives and sell this business case across the organization
- Develop deep consumer insights that guide our product strategy and roadmap
- Partner with design and engineering teams to develop optimal product
- Work across organization to prioritize initiatives to drive optimal outcome
- Work closely with senior management to ensure alignment of product management activities with the rest of the organization
Skills & Experience / Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience or equivalent product leadership role
- Experience leading and managing teams
- Experience developing product roadmaps
- Exceptional communication skills, including presentation, formal writing, verbal and email
- Strong analytical skills along with a strong technical aptitude
- Ability to work cross functionally both internally and externally
- Bachelor’s degree required (Engineering or CS preferred)
- MBA or other graduate degree from top university preferred
Sr. Software Engineer (iOS)
Bring the Zoodles service to iOS.
- BS in computer science or equivalent experience.
- App Store published app required.
Sr. Software Engineer (Ruby on Rails)
Help us scale and internationalize our award winning service.
- BS in computer science or equivalent experience.
- Fluent in Ruby on Rails, HTML, CSS, JS, SQL.
- Experience with RSpec a plus.
