My daughters are 4 and 7 this year and they love their phonics lessons. They are reading quite well for their age, if I must say so myself.

When I am free I surf the net looking for good phonics websites because my kids are crazy about phonics. We found this website last week with wonderful phonics lessons and funny stories. There were lots of examples for each phonics sound. And the clip art was beautiful too. A word of warning though - the introduction to each lesson is a trifle long. But overall, it was a well-designed site with really helpful lessons. And my kids found it fun too. You might want to add this site to your list of recommendations.
